I do not take orders through DM’s - the requests may get lost in the mix of messages I receive.

My bookings are by QUARTER:

January - March open December 1

April - June open March 1

July - September open June 1

October - December open September 1

The sooner, the better! My schedule fills up quick.

October - December is extremely limited because of holiday drops!

Custom Cookies start at $50.00/dozen - this includes 12 cookies.

Each cookie is individually heat sealed for freshness and in a kraft box - unless otherwise discussed.

Pricing for customized boxing, bowing, and/or personalizing in any way (edible images, bows, tags, multiple colors, etc) will be determined by each individual order & will add to base price.

*An additional $15 will be added per dozen for any "rush" requests (submission less than 3 weeks prior to event).*

Local pick up in Johnstown, PA.

Pickup information will be discussed when placing a custom cookie order or an option at checkout for holiday drop orders as well as on your receipt.

I offer holiday drops in order to offset my custom booking capacity. I aim to hit all the major holiday’s and celebratory/honor weeks (i.e. nurses week, teacher appreciation, etc).

Sets and cookie options are determined by me and cannot be modified per order. This way I can concentrate on providing to a greater amount of customers vs limiting on custom inquires.

My pickup days may vary but cookies stay fresh up to two weeks in their heat sealed bags. Freezing is also an option - I include a cookie care card per order with “how to” directions.

Custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE; however, if in any circumstances your event has been canceled or has a date change- please contact me at least a week before your event. I understand things happen, so the sooner I know in order to prepare, the better! ◡̈

The 50% down deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE as stated and agreed in the inquiry form.

For pre-order drops and holiday cookies, once payment is received, it is non-refundable.

If for any reason I am medically unable to complete your order, you will be contacted immediately and refunded in full.
